Gainsbourg in Greenwood needs a part time prep/pantry cook. The shifts would be Thursdays and Fridays from approximately 1pm until 9pm. Opportunity for more hours could increase with time.
Duties would include assisting in preparing the line for service, mise en place, completing prep projects and supporting the line cooks with salad/charcuterie/soup preparation during service.
This position receives tips based on a percentage of food sales.
