Our market is open daily and features imported pantry goods, natural wines, non-alcoholic alternatives, curated home and gift products, flowers, and fresh bread — a place where everyday shopping meets discovery and inspiration.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Retail Associate who brings warmth, curiosity, and attention to detail to every guest interaction. This person will help shape the experience of Kingfisher’s retail market — guiding customers through our thoughtfully sourced selection and maintaining a beautiful, organized space that reflects our aesthetic and values.

Responsibilities
Provide friendly, knowledgeable service to guests in the retail space
Assist with product recommendations across pantry, wine, and gift items
Restock, merchandise, and maintain clean, visually appealing displays
Support inventory management and receiving deliveries
Collaborate with the wine bar team to ensure smooth daily operations
Share the story behind our products and producers with enthusiasm and care
Qualifications
Previous experience in retail, specialty grocery, or hospitality preferred
Interest in food, wine, and design-driven retail
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Friendly, engaging communication style
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
MAST and Food Handler’s permits required (or willingness to obtain)
