Endolyne Joe’s in West Seattle seeks a highly motivated individual that exudes optimistic warmth, integrity, work ethic, and empathy. We are a full-service breakfast, lunch and dinner restaurant that has been serving the Seattle area since 2003.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
- Enter orders into the POS system and process payments
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing exceptional service and addressing any concerns or issues
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and timely delivery
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective guest relations
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
