Village Wines is looking for an enthusiastic and energetic full-time server for 25 to 30 hours per week. Experienced servers have a great opportunity to become a lead server or assistant manager as we have those positions available too. You will enjoy very competitive tips! No serving experience required, but serving or other customer service experience is preferred . Servers must be 21 years old or older, must have the ability to work flexible shifts. Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds on a regular basis. Evenings and weekends are a must.

Duties
Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage offerings.
Take accurate orders using POS
Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
Assist in bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness throughout the dining area.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions to effectively assist guests.
Requirements
