SOUS CHEF $28-32/HR. Full-Time

We are hiring for an EXPERIENCED SOUS CHEF. Must have a MINIMUM 3 year Sous/Lead Cook/Leadership/Management experience, be a quick learner, take notes, work fast, clean, and accurately. Initial responsibilities will be Managing Food Quality Consistency, Kitchen Organization & Cleanliness, Food Ordering. Inventory and Scheduling will come later. Starting base pay for this position is $19/hr. + tips. ($28-32/hr. total w/ tips). Base pay will increase to $20 after 4 week training. Must be flexible with schedule and able to work nights and weekends. This is a Full-Time position with about 35-40 hrs. with advancement opportunities. A one hour stage will be required after the interview to get an idea how our kitchen feels and to demonstrate your work skills. S/T Hooligans is a neighborhood restaurant in the Fremont/Ballard area that serves elevated comfort food playing with flavors of French-Creole, BBQ, Southern, Mediterranean, Caribbean, Mexican, and Pacific Islands.
