Great State Burger is seeking a Teammate to join the team at our
location in Lincoln Square in Bellevue.
This is a part-time, hourly, non-exempt position.
Starting pay: $20.76/hour to $20.76/hour plus tips
This is a tip-pooled house. Tips are calculated daily x hours worked - approx $8 per
hour.
Requirements for the position:
Hold active state-required permits.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and spend up to six hours standing/walking.
Must be available to work nights and weekends.

Paid time off / Paid Sick Leave -
o For part-time (Working 25 or fewer hours a week /seasonal employees) - As required
under Washington's Paid Sick Leave law, the employee will be accruing 0.025 hours of
Paid Sick Leave for each hour worked.
o For full-time employees (Working 25 or more hours a week): the employee will be
accruing 0.038 hours of Paid Time Off for each hour worked up to 80 hours a year. After
5 years of working with the company, the employee will start accruing 0.057 hours of
Paid Time Off up to 120 hours a year.
