ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Greet all guests upon arrival and safely assist them with their parking their car in
designated area.
At times, may assist with taxicabs and answer ride share inquiries.
May assist guests by taking luggage to the curb to meet their transportation.
Remove trash, papers, cans, bottles, cups, etc., in lobby area between housekeeping runs.
Assist with providing guests with general questions and assistance when Concierge is not
available.
Be knowledgeable of the community and area in which the hotel is located to assist guests
with information on special events (sporting, theater, movies, entertainment, and
restaurants).
Submit all lost and found articles accompanied by a Lost and Found report.
Function as a doorperson as needed.
Assist with delivery of messages, packages, flowers, wine, and other items to guests in
their guestrooms.
Ensure that the "white zone" is kept free and clear for guest arrival and in the case of an
emergency.
Notify guests by telephone of delivery of automobiles, packages, or arrival of visitors.
Provide other assistance to guests as necessary to ensure the highest quality of service.
SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE WE'RE SEEKING:
High School Diploma is preferred.
1 year of experience in customer service or similar role.
Basic writing skills, professional communication skills.
Must have clean driving record.
Flexible schedule, able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
