Tuesday, August 6: 10am - 1pm
Monday, August 12: 11am - 12pm
Wednesday, August 14: 11am - 12pm
Monday, August 19: 11am - 12pm
Tuesday, August 20: 11am - 12pm
Thursday, August 22: 11am - 12pm
At Green Gate: On west side of fairgrounds. Do not go inside fairgrounds. Turn into parking lot off of Fairview Drive.
Look for BBQ Pete's signs and black trailer.
Bring: Photo ID, social security card (or birth certificate), food worker permit (if you have one).
Jobs Available:
BBQ Cutter: cut and plate ribs and chicken to order.
BBQ Pit Cook: Cook Ribs, Chicken and BBQ Pork on real wood pits.
Prep Cook: Preparation of sides, such as Beans and Cornbread.
Counter Service: Expedite orders. Light food handling, some customer interaction.
Cashier / Order Taker: High customer interaction.
Corn Roaster: Cook corn and shuck, butter to order.
Dishwasher
Requirements: 18 and older. No experience necessary. Positive history. Authorized to work in US. Food worker permit (available after hire).
