Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated, patient-focused Part-Time Associate Dentist to join our dynamic and high-tech dental practice. The ideal candidate will have a growth mindset, strong work ethic, and a compassionate approach to patient care. Key Responsibilities:
Perform dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning for patients
Provide various dental treatments including fillings, extractions, root canals, crowns, and dentures
Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive dental care
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Adhere to infection control protocols, ensuring a clean and safe working environment
Foster positive relationships with patients and team members to support the overall patient experience
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of previous dental experience required
Strong commitment to patient care, operational and clinical excellence
Ability to accurately document patient information using dental coding systems
Knowledge of infection control protocols and the ability to maintain a safe environment for both patients and staff
A positive disposition, team-oriented mindset, and willingness to contribute to a compassionate work culture
Must be licensed to practice dentistry in Washington state

Pay: 30% of collection
Expected Hours: 8 – 24 hours per week
