Job Summary: The Behavioral Health Manager is a member of the department's interdisciplinary team. Responsible for overseeing assigned behavioral health professionals, substance use and mental health, representing the program on a variety of teams and with outside partners, providing behavioral health prevention and intervention services, ensuring compliance, and facilitating services. This individual will provide leadership and direction to drive program development and expansion, support quality initiatives, and enhance behavioral health integration services. This position will improve the overall operations of the PGST Behavioral Health Program through the management of culturally appropriate mental health/substance use disorder and family wellness programs and the building of positive community support systems.
