Bilingual Office Assistant

Our chiropractic clinic is currently accepting resumes for an office assistant to join our busy chiropractic / massage therapy clinic. Experience in a medical clinic or setting is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person who is interested in the medical field and working directly with patients. The hours will be Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, 9am to 6pm and Tuesdays and Thursdays 9am to 1pm (approximately 30 to 35 hours per week). The position includes the following skills and duties:

· Strong typing skills and ease with writing in English is a must.

· Bilingual Vietnamese, Spanish or Korean speaking preferred.

· Assisting the chiropractor with patients and dictating chart notes.

· Data entry and electronic medical chart management.

· Verifying insurance benefits for patients.

· Billing insurance claims and follow-up with insurance companies regarding missing payments.

· Administrative support including answering phones, scheduling patients, assisting patients with questions, coordinating with other medical facilities regarding patient care, etc.

· Manage website and marketing campaigns.

· Friendly personality both in person and over the phone.

· Ability to multi-task and think on your feet.

· Punctual, organized and ready to manage all the everyday aspects of the clinic.

· Willingness to learn new things and handle tasks on your own.
