Job Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Caregiver to join our Adult Family Home in Kirkland, WA. The ideal candidate will be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with at least 2 years of experience in caregiving. This role requires dedication, professionalism, and a passion for providing high-quality care to our residents.
Responsibilities:
Provide daily care and assistance to residents, including personal hygiene, mobility, and activities of daily living.
Administer medications and follow care plans as directed.
Assist with meal preparation and feeding, as needed.
Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents.
Document care provided and report changes in residents’ conditions.
Work collaboratively with other caregivers and staff to ensure the highest standard of care.
Requirements:
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license (Washington State).
Minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience in an Adult Family Home, assisted living, or similar setting.
Valid Social Security Number and legal work authorization in the USA.
Must have legal status to work in the United States.
Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with residents and team members.
Reliable, responsible, and dedicated to resident care.
