Our goal is to mentor new doctors on how to successfully build and maintain a high volume practice, with a focus on correction and wellness. Mentorship includes guidance on patient retention, managing accounts receivables and collections, low cost marketing, communication skills for corrective care plans and managing systems for CA’s.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are seeking a Washington state licensed chiropractor who can perform a basic ortho/neuro/rom examination, take and mark digital x-rays, write reports for insurance, and is confident with basic adjusting, including manual adjusting, knowledge of or a desire to learn drop table technique and activator method protocol, and a desire to learn Pettibon Upper Cervical technique. New graduates with a growth mindset and wish to receive training in our office are welcome to apply.

Starting salary at $80k/year, very generous bonus for self motivated doctors

Our front desk staff will provide all scheduling of new patients as well as taking care of billing
Potential to learn Petition Upper Cervical Technique/full spine manual and drop table technique
Potential to learn skills for pediatrics, pregnancy/breech, extremities, Activator Methods, animal adjusting and Blye Cranial Technique
Potential to build a long term, sustainable practice
4 day work weeks (with weekends off)
