Chiropractic Office - Receptionist / Assistant / Office Manager

Greetings. We are looking for a dynamic and energetic front desk person to join our awesome chiropractic team.

Our high-volume Olympia office is seeking someone who will greet patients with a smile, make them feel welcome, and consistently maintain a professional and organized office. The ideal candidate will be focused, up-beat and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

While health care experience is helpful, we are open to someone who is a self-starter and able to learn on the job. There is room for a growth of job responsibilities for the right candidate.

Being able to maintain an outgoing and bright personality is critical. We want someone who can ensure patient experience at our center is consistently positive.

Applicants must be able to stand while working. Our desks are standing desks.

The position is full time / part time depending on availability and experience. The office is open Monday through Thursday.

Duties:

Collect payments and manage accounts.

Room patients.

Monitor patient activities.

X-ray or chart-note experience a plus.

Communicate with the medical biller about patient accounts.

Manage patient records.

Communicate with patients by phone and text. Schedule patient appointments.

Interest in chiropractic health required. We believe in the natural healing power of the body!

Pay starts at $18 to $30 an hour depending on experience.
