The clinic is seeking a dedicated, passionate and empathetic Clinical Assistant to join us. The Clinic Assistant will be responsible for administrative tasks, assisting doctors with patient care treatment room preparation, managing fax/mail/messages/social media posts, making appointments, and performing routine administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
Assist in preparing clinic and procedure rooms
Assist communication for appointments, clinic inquiry, invoices, records
Mediate between patients and healthcare providers.
Set up and stock examination and procedure rooms.
Assist clinic in social media posts
Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date on industry trends to support content development.
Requirements and Skills
Passionate in learning and helping.
Proven work experience as a Clinical Assistant or similar role.
Knowledge of healthcare practices and standards
Relevant training and/or certifications in Clinical Assistant.
Creativity: Ability to distill complex concepts into easily understood content.
Social Media Platforms: Excellent knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook.
Analytical Skills: Use analytics tools to gauge the success of campaigns.
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience: Prior experience in marketing or social media.
