DENTAL ASSISTANT
Our practice is seeking an experienced Dental Assistant that is committed to excellent patient care and contributing to a positive work environment. Compensation: Hourly pay starting at $27/hr and up based on experience and ability. Benefits Package available after 90 days employment.
What we are looking for:
Current WA RDA license
2+ yrs experience
Chairside assisting skills in General Dentistry
Experience in Endo or Ext a plus
Focus on Patient Education
Team player with a positive attitude
Bilingual a PLUS
Responsibilities:
- Assist the dentist during dental procedures
- Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment
- Take digital dental x-rays
- Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post-operative care
- Perform dental charting and documentation
- Conduct patient assessments and record medical histories
- Assist hygiene department when needed

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of an accredited dental assistant program or equivalent experience
- X-ray certification
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
- Proficiency in dental documentation and charting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
Office Hours: Mon-Thurs, 7 AM to 5 PM and Fri 7 AM to 2 PM
Pay: $27+ per hour DOE
