Patient centered relationship based practice. Boutique fee for service/ out of network practice. Every team member works well autonomously and together with minimal micromanagement due to a healthy work and office culture. We see one patient at a time and on time. It`s a very low stress, clean, beautiful work environment so we can focus on patient care.
Previous dental assisting experience is preferred, but we`d consider training an assistant with less experience who is a terrific team player, curious and coachable.
These are our operating hours but we are flexible
Mon-Thurs. Monday from 10-2pm and Tues-Thurs 6:30am - 3:30pm
401k, PTO sick day and up to 3 weeks vacation, some paid holidays, dental benefits for team member and immediate family members, CDE, uniform allowance
