We are looking for a friendly, organized, reliable, and dependable Dental Front Office Coordinator to join our team in Bellevue, WA!

Primary responsibilities:
Greet and check in patients with a warm and professional attitude
Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments using Dentrix
Answer phone calls and text messages through the Weave system
Verify insurance benefits prior to appointments
Process payments and manage patient account balances
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure the schedule runs smoothly
Manage office emails, mail, and other administrative tasks
Assist in presenting and explaining treatment plans to patients
Adhering to HIPAA regulations and safeguard patient privacy
Qualifications / Requirements:
Prior experience with dental/medical front desk (preferred) or dental assisting
Associate Degree or higher (required)
Resume and professional references (required)
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Friendly, professional communication skills
Ability to multitask in a busy environment
Comfortable learning new software and technology
Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and following HIPAA guidelines
Office Hours & Pay:
Monday to Wednesday: 8:00 am to 5: 00 pm
Thursday 7:00 am to 1:00 pm
Expected hours: 30 – 35 per week
Pay: $25 – $33 per hour DOE
