We’re looking for a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our growing practice in Bellevue, WA. If you’re passionate about patient care, detail-oriented, and love working in a collaborative environment, we want to hear from you! We are a small group, so we have a friendly, team-oriented style and a generally laid-back work environment. We are looking for a full-time employee, but there is potential for a part-time role.
Experience / Requirements
Previous experience in a dental office or clinic setting is preferred but not necessary.
Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in WA
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A strong focus on patient care and comfort
CPR Certification (or willingness to obtain)
What You’ll Do:
Perform dental cleanings, oral cancer screenings, and periodontal assessments
Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions
Take digital x-rays and maintain accurate patient records
Collaborate with dentists and team members to ensure high-quality care
Maintain infection control and OSHA compliance standards
Hours:
Monday: 8am-5pm, Tuesday 9am-4:30pm, Thursday 7am-3:30pm and Friday 7am-2pm
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $65.00 - $75.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 36 per week
