Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for patients.
- Coordinate with dental providers and staff to ensure efficient patient flow.
- Manage patient records and update information as needed.
- Verify and process insurance information.
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries.
- Handle patient billing and payment processing.
- Maintain a welcoming and organized front office environment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in dental office administration or customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in dental software and office management systems.
- Detail-oriented and organized with excellent multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of dental insurance procedures and billing.
- Positive and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
