Hello!
We are a small dental practice seeking a patient care coordinator that will be the face of our office!
The office currently has two dentists (works alternating days), one dental assistant and one sterilization tech, and one patient care coordinator (that will be going part time).
Hours will be
Tuesday-Thursday 9-6pm
Some Mondays/Fridays 9-1pm
Some additional hours will be available as needed to complete any admin/front office duties
Experience is required with dental system: Dentrix
Some duties will include:
1. Answering phones
2. Checking in and out patients
3. Making recall appointments and treatment appointments
4. Inputting treatment into Dentrix & presenting to patients
5. Managing and ensuring schedule stays full
Essentially, you will be the main person up front handling everything to keep our practice going strong! We would love someone with experience in working in a dental office or some type of healthcare office, also someone who can take initiative to try and solve a problem if they are unsure about something. Someone who picks up skills quickly is also a plus!
