We are an older, part-time (3 days a week) general practice well-positioned for growth, but seeking to retire within a year or two. Rather than sell outright, we would like to bring in an Associate Dentist who is interested in expanding the practice and taking over sooner rather than later. This is an opportunity for a younger dentist to invest over time and for us to ensure a smooth transition and uninterrupted care for our patients.
Our practice focus has been on preventive and restorative care; we currently refer out nearly all specialty treatment. Growth is easily achievable by adding hours or bringing more oral surgery, endo, or prosthetic procedures in-house.
