Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive health assessments, including physical exams and patient histories.
Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses across all age groups.
Prescribe medications and provide treatment plans in accordance with established protocols.
Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention strategies.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and effective patient care.
Maintain thorough and accurate electronic health records, documenting patient encounters and care provided.
Requirements
Master's degree in Nursing with specialization as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
Current and valid Nurse Practitioner licensure in the state of practice.
Certification from a recognized national nurse practitioner certifying body.
Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centered approach.
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
