Overview:
We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in customer support, order entry, and project coordination. Experience in EagleSoft and working in a dental office is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Provide administrative support such as transcribing, data entry, and filing
- Coordinate projects and tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Proficiency in computer literacy and software applications
- Previous experience in a dental office or similar setting is advantageous
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries efficiently
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
