Full-Time Medical Technician (TMS Tech) - Training Provided on the Job

We are looking for a TMS Technician who will be trained to deliver in-office therapeutic treatments under the supervision of our providers. The primary responsibilities of this role include administering and overseeing specific clinical services, regularly interacting with patients, and assisting with office administrative duties as needed. This position involves close collaboration with our providers and clinical team, ensuring daily treatments are completed, managing patient scheduling, and updating patient records. Additionally, the technician will be trained to explain TMS therapy to prospective patients, including how it works and what to expect. Compensation will be based on experience and growth potential within the role.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

-Administering TMS treatments to patients (training provided)

-Offering educational consultations to prospective patients

-Ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment for daily treatment sessions

-Performing administrative tasks such as managing leads, reporting statistical data to the center manager, scheduling appointments, and maintaining medical records in compliance with HIPAA

-Adhering to established treatment protocols and office procedures

-Maintaining a high degree of accuracy in all tasks

Minimum Qualifications:

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with data management software

-Experience in soft marketing/clerical work

Preferred Experience and Qualifications:

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

-Knowledge of insurance processes

-Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
