Serene Nursing Services, niche Nursing staffing agency is seeking a dedicated and experienced Healthcare Nursing Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong computer and telephone skills. You must be a team player with strong prioritization, and organization, with the ability to multi-task and perform well under pressure. Some weekend hours and overtime when needed.
Responsibilities:
Conduct outreach to potential candidates.
Screen candidates to assess their qualifications, experience, and fit for available healthcare positions and update their profiles.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the recruitment database.
Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Must effectively market Serene Nursing services to Nursing Homes, Assisted Living Facilites and Hospitals.
Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and industry standards throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements
1. Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent. Associate degree preferred.
2. Proven top performer in previous sales roles. You consistently achieved your quota and were in the top 20% of your peers.
3. Grit, stamina, and persistence despite facing rejection
4. Eagerness to learn
5. Excellent verbal and written English skills
6. Ability to work in the office and also work remote if necessary.
