Hello,
My name is Delaney. I am looking for a part time caregiver for my 70 year old father who has terminal cancer and is on hospice. He is still ambulatory but is wobbly on his feet, he needs to be watched in case he falls or gets light headed, and to make sure he doesn't try to go downstairs.
He mostly likes watching tv and doesn't need someone to sit with him all day, but to be there when he needs to get up to ensure he doesn't fall. As his condition worsens he will need more care and the hours will increase to match that need.
Hours Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 9 am to 2 pm. $20 an hour. We do have two old dogs that are at the house, I leave the slider door open so they do their own thing.
I need help with laundry, cleaning, making lunch and snacks, help with personal care, bathing, and making sure my dad takes his medications at the right time and proper amount.
Background check required, please respond with experience and resume. Previous caregiving experience preferred.
