Position: Licensed and Associate Therapists (LPC/LMHC, LMFT, LCSW, Licensed Psychologists)

Overview: Front Street Clinic is seeking compassionate and skilled Licensed and Associate Therapists to join our dedicated team. We offer a supportive environment where you can thrive professionally while making a significant impact on the mental health and well-being of our diverse client base.

Responsibilities:

Conduct individual, couples, family, or group therapy sessions.

Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to clients’ unique needs and goals.

Perform comprehensive psychological assessments for clients.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare

professionals, to provide holistic care.

Maintain accurate and confidential client records, including progress notes, treatment plans, and assessment reports.

Stay informed about current research and best practices in psychology and counseling to enhance clinical practice.

Provide crisis interventions and risk assessments when needed.

Qualifications:

Licensed Therapists: Possess a valid and active license in Washington State as a Psychologist, LPC/LMHC, LMFT,

or LCSW.

Associate Therapists: Must be working toward licensure and we are able to arrange appropriate supervision.

Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited

institution.

Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as CBT, psychodynamic therapy, family systems therapy,

or solution-focused brief therapy.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse clients.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.

Commitment to ethical standards and confidentiality in clinical practice.

Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is preferred.
