We are seeking a professional, skilled, and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for improving clients' well-being through therapeutic massage and a strong understanding of various massage techniques.
Responsibilities:
- Perform physical examinations and assessments to determine clients' specific needs
- Administer deep tissue massages and other therapeutic massages to address acute pain management
- Utilize medical terminology and anatomy knowledge to enhance massage treatments
- Provide exceptional patient service in a clinical setting
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to support patients' pain management and health needs
Experience:
- Proven experience in deep tissue massage and acute pain management
- Familiarity with medical terminology and patient assessment techniques
- Knowledge of anatomy to tailor massages based on individual needs
- Experience in a med spa or clinical environment is a plus
- Strong focus on patient service and satisfaction
