Requirements
Experience live-in couple in an adult family home environment
CNA or HCA or current NAR prior to 2012 with proof of employment in 2011
Knowledge of AFH compliance/WACS
Dementia Certification
Mental Health Certification
Nurse Delegation
Nurse Delegation with Diabetes
CPR
First Aid
Two Step TB test to be started within 3 days of hire if you haven't had one in the past year or do not have evidence of test results.
TB test not required with a previous positive and acceptable x-ray results.
Acceptable background checks
Valid Drivers License
