Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an integral part of our clinic, supporting our surgeons and healthcare professionals to provide top-notch patient care and administrative assistance.
Responsibilities:
- Escort patients to examination rooms and prepare them for the physician.
- Take and record patient vital signs, medical histories, and prepare necessary instruments and supplies.
- Assist the surgeon during procedures and along pre-operative and post-operative care.
- Educate patients on surgical procedures, post-operative care, and general health guidelines.
- Schedule patient appointments, surgical procedures, and follow-up visits.
- Maintain patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinating the daily administrative activities, including scheduling, patient check-in and check-out, and patient medical record maintenance.
- Preparing treatment rooms for clinical examinations and assisting practitioners with medical procedures, including sterilization of instruments and other patient care.
- Delivering compassionate support, attention, and assistance to patients and families.
- Preparing and administering medications for patients as directed by physicians.
Qualifications
Recent Medical Assistant Experience - Required
BLS from AHA- required
Medical Assistant Washington License

Hours: 4x10- Monday through Thursdays- NO WEEKENDS
