Overview:
We are looking for a dentist who loves building long-term relationships with patients and enjoys a friendly, fun work atmosphere. We are a well-established neighborhood dental clinic where our patients are more than just clients - they're friends of the practice. We serve patients of all ages and backgrounds, and we take pride in providing care with kindness, compassion, and lots of laughter.
What We're Looking For:
Our practice is in search of a unique candidate - someone who's looking for a day per week to start with the interest of a long-term partnership. The owner doctor is UW grad and has been a solo practitioner for 16 years. The practice has grown exponentially and we have more than enough patients to accommodate another dentist. We would like to start slowly with an associate and build their schedule as the new doctor develops rapport with staff and patients. Our most important qualities are the right personality fit, warm chairside manner, and clinical excellence. We refer out all endo, most oral surgery, and ortho (although happy to accommodate if of interest to a new colleague). Our practice is laid-back; we are successful but not driven by production goals. We strive to do our best while enjoying the process. We have a solid team in place with a group that genuinely gets along and supports each other.
