Integrated Family Medicine & Aesthetic Wellness is seeking a Part time/PRN Independent Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join our team. This is a Provider owned clinic. We are transforming healthcare one patient at a time by providing the highest exceptional quality, Patient focused/centered-led care to all WA residents.
Position Highlight
Work in clinic onsite
Monday, Tuesdays and Thursday 9-5 pm with the possibility of Monday through Friday schedule at 40 hours per week in the future (If desired).
Average patient load = 3 patients per hour
Provider will deliver direct and telehealth primary care visits to patients ages 15 years and up
Responsibilities include:
Provides and manages in person and remote patient care with diagnostic acumen, using audio and visual technology to complete patient examinations, evaluations, assessments, diagnoses, and treatment.
Documenting/Charting patient information in line with current policies and procedures
Provides preventative and wellness care for all ages 15 and up
Delivers holistic, patient-centered care with continuity as the identified primary care provider
Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately in person and through audio visual consultations with patients and able to address patient concerns through these medias
Develops and implements patient management plans, records progress notes, and assists in provision of continuity of care
Communicates with patients regarding testing results, follow-up care, and additional information
Prescribes pharmaceuticals, other medications, and treatment regimens as appropriate to assessed medical conditions
Refers patients to specialists and to relevant patient care components as appropriate
Educate patients on the risks and benefits of treatments ensuring the patient is a part of the decision-making process
Abide by all associated rules, regulations, and laws regarding collaborative practice requirements for each state licensed for telehealth

Required Qualifications:
Master’s degree (MSN) and certification by one of the Nurse Practitioner certifying bodies (ANCC or AANP) as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Adult NP
New Graduates welcome to apply-Willing to train.
3+ years of in person clinical experience practicing in healthcare outside of clinical rotations.
An unrestricted DEA license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
Possess an awareness and a working understanding of quality measurement in the management of chronic disease conditions
Experience using audio/visual technology or video conferencing platforms
Unrestricted active state licensure in Washington State
Preferred Qualifications:
Medicare & Medicare credentialled
3+ years of experience as an independent practitioner
Bilingual/Multilingual a plus.
