NW Face is an Ambulatory Surgical Facility in Kirkland, WA. We strive to serve our patients and provide the highest level of patient safety. Experience in the operating room is not required for this job. We are dedicated to education and we will teach you the skills you need to succeed in this position.
Required Duties:
Check-In Patients (PreOp), Circulate and Recover Patients (PACU)
Adhere to medical record documentation. Review Charts and documentation.
Knowledge of or willingness to learn OR procedures, sterile technique, and universal precautions.
Assure the surgical procedures /preference cards are current and followed.
Prepares specimen for sending to pathology.
Assists in room turnover and set up in a timely manner.
Prepares and knows the specific uses of all needed equipment and supplies, including solutions and drugs.
Adhere to medical record documentation.
Minimum Qualifications:
Active Washington State RN License - Required
BLS and ACLS- Upon Hire
