Friendly Dentist seeking a personable dental assistant for a dental clinic opening in July 2024. The job will be slower pace as new patients are added to the schedule. I am looking for a diligent individual who can assist in routine dental procedures while creating a calming environment for patients.
Basic responsibilities include: Assist in routine dental procedures such as hygiene, fillings, crowns, dentures, radiographs etc. Maintain sterilization and hygiene protocols in the office, monitor dental materials and order supplies monthly, and educate patients on oral health.
More specialized responsibilities include learning dental software for patient scheduling, Surgical procedures such as extractions and bone grafting, fabricating dental crowns, learning digital scanning such as iTero (Not required to apply, these skills can be learned)
