Dentologie is seeking a part-time Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) (minimum of 6 months General Practice DA experience) to provide outstanding patient care in our South Lake Union location (124 Westlake Ave N, Seattle, WA 98109)!

Schedule:
A minimum of 3 days a week, and must be available for both AM and PM shifts
PM shift: 12:30pm-7:30pm
AM shift: 7:30am-2:30pm

Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of patient care, office and laboratory duties.
Assist dentist chairside during examination and treatment of patients during a variety of operative treatment procedures.
Provide a 10-star Patient experience.
Contribute positively to an engaging company culture.
Prepares instruments and materials for the dentist for upcoming procedures.
Provide direct patient care in all dental services, including restorative, orthodontics, pediatric, endodontic, periodontics, prosthodontics and oral surgery.
Passes dental instruments between provider and assistant (4 handed dentistry).
Make patients as comfortable as possible in the dental chair while preparing them for treatment.
Sterilize & disinfect instruments, equipment and operatories post treatment.
Proficient in obtaining dental radiographs and intra-oral scans/photos.
Keep treatment records such as charting existing restorations as well as planned treatment.
Monitor daily supplies for restocking.
Assists the dentist in providing patients with instructions for oral care following surgery or other dental treatment procedures.
Follows infection control protocol by preparing and sterilizing instruments, equipment, and all clinical settings.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Required: at least six months of dental assistant experience.
Minimum requirement: active dental assistant registration in State of Washington.
Excellent verbal, interpersonal, customer service & written communication skills.
Organizational skills and attention to detail.
Time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Clinical knowledge, skills along with patient care.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
Function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
Preferred: coronal polishing certificate.
