Choose your workflow:
We offer single column hygiene schedules- you'll work along side doctor, performing the hygiene role. Hourly rates starting at $65/hour with team bonus opportunities available.
We also offer assisted hygiene schedules for those who want to maximize their time and turbo charge their hourly rate. You'll work along side an assistant, working 2 columns. Base hourly rate plus bonus based on productivity. Hourly range can exceed $100/hour for those who wow the patients.
What You'll Do:
Perform dental cleanings and treatments for patients.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices.
Conduct assessments of oral health and take X-rays.
Treat and manage periodontal diseases.
Collaborate with dentists to develop treatment plans.
Utilize iTero scans to discuss findings.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure infection control.
Stay updated on dental hygiene best practices through continuous education.
Basic Qualifications:
Current Washington State Board RDH Licensure required; active DOH license
Maintain annual OSHA, WISHA, HIPAA and Infection Control training as required by law
Basic understanding and knowledge of HIPPA privacy rules
Must have high ethical standards and value patient care above all else
Must love to work amongst a team of other highly skilled and motivated dental professionals
Must be a service-oriented, team-player that maintains a positive attitude
Excellent communication, customer service, and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
