Sterile Tech Hybrid
Dental office in the Crown Hill neighborhood of Seattle looking for a Sterile Technician with a desire for upward mobility into a Registered Dental Assistant. The vision for my office is a place where patients feel as comfortable and have as much fun as possible while going to the dreaded dentist. I’m looking for someone that is personable and engaging while, at the same time, effective as an essential team member. Tuesday through Friday schedule with varying start/end times; later starts at the beginning of the week and earlier starts (and ends!) at the end of the week to maximize your weekend. Will ultimately require an active RDA license; will reimburse you after 3 months of employment.
Responsibilities:
Set up the operatory with instruments, equipment and material as needed
Sterilization of instruments and disinfection of operatories according to standards
Undertake lab tasks as instructed
Help in maintain accurate patient records
Help maintain the office in optimal condition
Keep the dental office clean and organized.
Administrative tasks as needed
Have fun while working hard and providing an excellent customer experience
