This position is divided 50/50 between AP and HR.Accounts Payable Responsibilities Processing of Accounts Payable invoicesAccurate data entry into accounting systemPrepares and mails invoicesPosts account transactionsReconciles statementsResolves account discrepanciesHuman Resources ResponsibilitiesMaintains HR files and recordsConducts reference checking and background screeningAssists with data entry of leave formsCreates new hire name badgesAssigns lockers and Orca passesAssists with special projects and employee eventsProvides clerical support to HR Dept.AP RequirementsCurrent Accounts Payable experienceStrong organizational, data entry accuracy and problem-resolution abilitiesClear and effective written, verbal, and interpersonal skillsProficiency in Excel and ten-keyHR RequirementsBasic Human Resource knowledgeHigh level of tact, confidentiality and collaborative skillsExceptional customer service abilityAbility to multi-task and switch gears quicklyProficiency in MS Office suite
