We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to assist with cleaning our Airbnb properties on weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and prepare units for the next guests after each checkout.
Complete the turnover between 11 am and 4 pm, as guests typically check in at 4:00pm.
Clean 1-5 units per day, with all necessary supplies provided.
Flexibility is required as schedules may occasionally change due to last-minute bookings or cancellations.
Requirements:
Reliable transportation is essential for traveling between our units located in Seattle (Eastlake), Bellevue, and South Bothell. Each unit typically requires about 1.25 hours to clean.
You must be dependable, able to manage varying workloads, and detail-oriented.
The ability to adapt to occasional schedule changes is important, though these are rare.
Compensation:
$25/hour, plus a $10 stipend per location for travel while on the clock.
You will be fully trained by our dedicated cleaning manager until you’re confident working independently. She’s a hardworking and supportive team member, ensuring a smooth transition.
This role could be ideal for stay-at-home parents seeking extra income or students with free weekends. Bringing a baby or young child while working is perfectly fine.

Additional Opportunity:
A full-time cleaning position (7 days a week) will be available from January 1st to mid-March, while our cleaning manager is on leave. If full-time work doesn’t suit you, you can continue with the weekend role, and we will hire an additional cleaner for weekdays.
