Qualifications:
- Experience in rental property maintenance is a plus
- 3 years handyman experience including painting, basic plumbing, and electrical.
- Willingness to learn.
- Ability to prioritize tasks.
- Reliable, punctual, and responsive
- Able to pass a criminal background check, drug testing, and post-offer physical
- Valid driver's license
- Has own basic power tools
Job Responsibilities are as follows (but not limited to):
- Painting, repair basic plumbing and electrical issues.
- Engagement with tenants and filing repair orders.
- Enforcement of property rules and regulations.
- Maintaining a clean rental office and common grounds.
- Regular inspection of property grounds.
- After hours emergency maintenance handling
Compensation:
