About Us:
Onelin Capital Corporation (OCC), through its property management arm Ori Residential, is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to support our property management team. This role will report directly to the Maintenance Manager and will play a crucial role in the physical upkeep of our properties.
Responsibilities:
· Perform routine maintenance tasks, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliance repairs.
· Respond to tenant maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
· Assist with the turnover of units, including minor repairs, painting, and cleaning.
· Inspect various systems within buildings to ensure functionality.
· Coordinate with external contractors when specialized repairs are required.
· Keep accurate records of maintenance performed and parts inventory.
· Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
Basic Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Strong customer service mindset.
· Proven experience in a maintenance technician role.
· Strong understanding of general maintenance processes and methods.
· Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices.
· Good physical condition and strength with the ability to work in awkward spaces.
· Availability for on-call emergencies.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Certification from a vocational school or completion of apprenticeship is preferred.
· Experience with carpentry, drywall, painting, and minor electrical and plumbing repairs.
