Candidates must have a minimum 1 year of building maintenance and be proficient in electrical, plumbing, drywall.
Apartment Maintenance Technician
Responsibilities:
Repairing and unclogging toilets, sinks, bathtubs, showers, and exterior drains
Replacing carpets and wooden floors
Installing and repairing wires, plugs, and switches
Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors in communal areas.
Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
Estimate time and extent of repairs
Perform routine preventive maintenance
Maintain material and supply inventory
Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
Qualifications:
Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
Own their own set of tools
Ability to handle physical workload
Deadline and detail-oriented
