We’re seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Project Manager & Crew Supervisor to join our team in Burien, WA, and become a vital part of our continued success.

This full-time, on-site position offers a unique opportunity to take ownership of diverse projects, from residential homes to commercial buildings, and play a crucial role in ensuring their structural integrity. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and crew management. You will be very hands-on, working directly with the team, and making a significant impact on the quality of our work. We need a seasoned professional who can come in and hit the ground running, leveraging their years of experience to drive our projects forward.

Key Responsibilities

       Lead all aspects of project planning and execution to ensure timely delivery within budget constraints.

       Directly supervise and manage our crew, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.

       Allocate resources effectively to maximize productivity and achieve our company goals.

       Monitor and ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and compliance standards, prioritizing the well-being

of our team.

       Utilize project management software and tools to track progress, communicate updates, and maintain thorough

records.

       Proactively solve complex problems and implement solutions that contribute to consistent, successful project

outcomes.

       Manage all aspects of project bidding and proposal development.

Qualifications

       Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in construction management, with a proven track record of

success, demonstrating a deep understanding of both residential and commercial construction. This extensive

hands-on experience is essential for this demanding role.

       Exceptional communication and leadership skills to mentor, motivate, and guide our teams effectively.

       Superior organizational abilities and proven proficiency in project management methodologies.

       Exceptional capacity for multitasking, strategic planning, and effective problem-solving in a dynamic and fast-

paced environment.

       In-depth knowledge of safety regulations, compliance standards, and best practices in the construction industry.

       Proficiency in using project management software and tools to enhance efficiency and streamline operations.

       Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach that aligns with our family values and commitment to

       Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
