Job Description:
We’re a passionate cannabis producer looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic person to join our growing team! Our mission is to deliver premium, top-shelf cannabis products to the I-502 recreational market, and we’re looking for someone who shares that excitement and drive.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Helping with all stages of plant growth, from planting to harvesting.
Assisting with tasks like de-leafing, pruning, and harvesting cannabis plants.
General maintenance and cleaning around the farm.
Paying attention to details and following instructions carefully.
Always open to learning the best practices for cultivating cannabis.
What We’re Looking For:
Someone who is punctual and reliable.
A self-starter who can work independently and meet production goals.
Able to lift up to 40lbs and stay active throughout the day.
A strong attention to detail and a desire to improve your skills.
Must be 21 years old or older.
US work authorization required.
No prior experience necessary.
Pay and Schedule:
Competitive starting pay of $22/hour.
$1 raise after 6 months and another after 12 months.
Set schedule: Monday to Friday, 10am-6pm.
Location: SODO, Seattle
