GENERAL SUMMARY
Performs a variety of specific job functions: Customer service, appointment setting, detailing interior and exterior of vehicles, cleaning of office spaces, washing and drying detail laundry. Adherence to the company’s mission and core values.
PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS

Represent the club in a professional manner through image, dress, communication, and immediate follow through and response.
Schedule varies and may require weekend and holiday hours, days, and evenings. Helps to cover shifts when needed.
Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
Estimated Base Pay Range
16.28 to $18.00 per hour
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
Industry Knowledge - Knowledge of vehicle detailing, cutting, and buffing; knowledge of detail chemicals, supplies, equipment and machines and their proper use.
Safety - Knowledge on maintaining a safe working environment, following, and enforcing safety procedures established by the company and industry.
Written Comprehension and Expression — Ability to read, understand and communicate information and ideas in writing so others will understand.
Oral Comprehension and Expression —Ability to understand and communicate so others can understand ideas and information.
Problem Anticipation/ Deductive Reasoning — Ability to tell when something is wrong or is likely to go wrong and then apply general rules to specific problems to produce answers that make sense. Uses logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems and considers the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one.
Computer – Ability to understand and properly operate the club’s point-of-sale and booking systems; ability to complete accurate cash transactions and fill out service invoices.
Teamwork – The ability to work independently, taking initiative as needed, while still being directed by supervisors. Open to suggestions from members, co-workers, and management.
EXPERIENCE
Two years of experience in auto detailing at full menu detail shop preferred.
Two years in paint restorations (paint touch-up, wet sand, cut & buff) preferred.
Previous customer service experience preferred.
EDUCATION
High school graduate or equivalent
A valid Washington State driver’s license is required as well as a clean driving record.
