BV&K Car Rental Company is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a prominent player in the car rental industry, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional service and high-quality vehicles to our customers. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth operations and delivering a positive experience to our clients.
Responsibilities:
Need to clean and vacuum cars that come back everyday.
Need to retrieve and deliver cars at delivery locations everyday.
Greet customers in a courteous and professional manner upon their arrival at our rental office.
Assist customers in selecting the appropriate vehicle based on their needs and preferences.
Process rental agreements accurately and efficiently, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
Provide detailed information about rental policies, terms, and conditions to customers.
Coordinate vehicle inspections before and after rentals to document any damages or issues.
Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person regarding reservations, vehicle availability, pricing, and other related matters.
Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and effective manner, striving to achieve customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and properly maintained for rental.
Keep accurate records of rental transactions, payments, and inventory levels.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing paperwork, updating databases, and preparing reports as needed.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is a plus.
Basic written and verbal English skills.
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive or rental industry.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and colleagues.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to handle various tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office and rental management software.
Attention to detail and accuracy in completing paperwork and transactions.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
