To begin, I will pay you through zelle, from my personal account. $30/hr. That is more like $50+/hr since you are not paying taxes. Sometimes I may only need you for three hours or so if I call, but I will give you $150 minimum (5 hours) for coming out and helping out.
I am a master Carpenter, looking for general help. I am happy to teach and do not expect you to have any carpentry knowledge, you may not need much anyways, not at first.
I need someone willing to work. Willing to get their hands dirty, and make a fair wage.
Sometimes you will just be helping move materials, and helping hold materials in position. Sometimes painting or staining. I will teach you the way of whatever we are working on if needed.
If you have experience in construction of any kind or painting ect, great. If we get the job done faster than I expected you may get extra cash here and there. But we will do our work right the first time. People expect quality from us and we deliver, its that simple.
You may observe and ask questions if you like. Matter of fact, you better ask questions if unsure. I much prefer you ask a million questions then mess everything up and just do whatever and waste materials.
You will be respectful on the job site and be courteous to the customer if they are present. If you have to put on a fake smile, do it, but if you make clients feel uncomfortable, your gone.
If you have a friend or family also interested, I would not mind two helping hands from time to time.
