APEX Art & Culture Center is looking for a Cleaner to take care of our multi-story historic building at least three times each week. Our building includes our upscale steak restaurant, 16Eleven; meeting spaces; and a grand entertainment hall.
The cleaner will be expected to:
– Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning etc)
– Perform routine inspection activities
– Notify management of needs for repairs
– Take instruction for priorities from management
– Work mornings and afternoons
Requirements and skills:
– Proven working experience as a Cleaner, and familiarity with cleaning techniques
–Ability to handle cleaning equipment and machinery
– Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
– Reliable transportation
– Dependable
– Flexible schedule
– Physical stamina
– Integrity
– High school degree
Cleaning agencies and cleaning services will not be considered.
