Commercial Building Maintenance Technician
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals to join our Commercial Building Maintenance team. Our contracts cover multiple federal buildings throughout Pierce County, including Tacoma, University Place, Orting, Spanaway, Bonney Lake, Puyallup, and Gig Harbor.
Requirements;
Must be able to pass a federal background check
Valid Social Security Number and driver’s license required
Experience preferred, but we are willing to train motivated candidates
Must have reliable transportation to travel to assigned job sites
Professional, dependable, and able to work independently
Available Full-Time Shifts;
Day Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Evening Shift: Monday – Friday, 5:00 PM – 1:30 AM
Core Responsibilities;
Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, dining areas, and office spaces
Empty trash and recycling bins
Dust, vacuum, mop, and wipe down walls
Clean interior windows and glass surfaces
Maintain overall cleanliness and professional appearance of the facility
